Kale Chips Recipe: Crispy and Crunchy

Ingredients:

  • 1 bunch of kale (about 6-8 leaves)
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Optional: any seasoning of your choice (such as nutritional yeast, garlic powder, or cayenne pepper)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Rinse and dry the kale leaves. Remove the stems and tear the leaves into bite-size pieces.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the kale with olive oil, salt, pepper and any seasoning you prefer.
  4. Spread the kale out in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake the kale in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are brown and the kale is crispy.
  6. Remove the baking sheet from the oven and let the kale cool for a few minutes.
  7. Serve and enjoy your homemade kale chips!

Note: Keep an eye on the kale while it’s baking, as it can burn quickly. Also, you can use different types of oil, like avocado or coconut oil.

These crispy and crunchy kale chips make for a delicious and healthy snack. They are a great way to get your daily dose of greens and are perfect for satisfying a chip craving without the guilt. You can experiment with different seasonings to find your favorite flavor. Enjoy!
